Huge tablets, hard to split.

I did not expect to find the sugar “sorbitol” in this vitamin! Why the company threw sugar into these lysine and proline pills is way beyond me. But when I put the first tablet in my mouth I tasted the artificial sweetener immediately. One dose/serving contains 2 grams of carbs! Really? Yes. In case any of you are on a strict no carb keto diet, you won’t want any sorbitol in your supppsedly “healthy” vitamins.

I've been taking this stuff almost two years. They are horse pills, but easy enough to swallow. I take two in the morning, and two in the evening. I began using it after having an ischemic stroke (cholesterol blockage). After a year, my doc took me off the statin, and my LDL is still going down. I've had knee and hip issues for years...getting out of a seat was not fun, squatting was impossible, even walking was painful. I now, simply stand up from a chair, sofa, etc; I can do squats with/without weights again, and no issues/pain walking. I've even started running again. My wife's sister and a couple of friends have tried it, and report similar results. It does take a couple months to start noticing improvement, so bear with it.

I like it because is easy to take both supplements in one. I will buy it again

I start my day taking a lot of pills, but this one is huge, big, I can't swallow it easily. I'd like to try it to see if it really does what it promises, but it's impossible to swallow.

他にもビタミンCやグルコサミンの錠剤もいっしょにのんでます。肌がきれいになり　ヘルペスもそう言えば、飲み始めてから出ていません痛かった膝の関節も良くなった感じタブレットが少し大きくて飲みにくいけど　色々良いですよ。

海外製でタブレットが大きいです。飲めなくはないですが…。効果はよくわかりませんでした。

使用してまだ1週間程度ですが肌に張りが出たような感じがします。経過をみてまた購入したいと思います。

口唇ヘルペスになりそうな時に飲んでいます。確か、関節にもいい成分だと聞きました。
