Ok, so I can't even rate the fit because one shoe fit, the other was too large. These were so cute in the pic and I knew they would be a cheap material but come on! They did not arrive in a shoe box inside the shipping box. They were wrapped in plastic and looked as though they had been for some time explaining the twist to each shoe but especially the right shoe. Which was also HUGE around the ankle. Just the right shoe, not the left shoe. Then there was the sole. The front edge of the outsole made the sihouette of the right shoe almost an entire size longer.....I would advise you pass on these.

The quality isn't perfect, but the shoes are still cute, comfortable, and sharp looking. I ordered my usual size, and they fit as expected. They do have a bit of a chemical smell, but it doesn't bother me since my shoes don't get too close to my nose anyway (lol). They don't come in a box - just wrapped in bubble wrap. There were some minor scruffs and imperfections on the patent leather portion of the shoes, and a scuff on one of the heels as well. There is a gouge near the front of one shoe that bothers me (see photo), and I considered sending them back, but it's not super noticeable, so I decided not to. They should certainly package the shoes better so they don't get so crammed against each other, which creates scruffs. Hopefully, they last a while!

I LOVE these shoes. Unlike some reviewers' experiences, these shoes fit my feet very comfortably, and I didn't have a problem wearing them all day. However, I am not in my feet all day each day, so perhaps the experience would have been different in that situation. The color is lovely--they are a patent leather style, which means they are indeed shiny, which doesn't appeal to all people; the style is chic and a little retro; and the feel is very good.

They are a little wider than expected but able to wear with socks comfortably. They accommodated me well when the first pair were too big, they shipped a second pair quickly at no cost and I was able to keep the first pair.

I love these shoe. I have had many complements. I usually were a wide, but these fit really well. I had considered getting a half size larger than I typically wear to compensate for the width, I'm glad I listed to the review and didn't. They would have been way to big.

I ordered a size 6, but what I received runs 2 inches big on me. It has "38' tagged at the bottom. I am a size 36, S (US- 6), very sad that they weren't the right fit. I have tried communicating with the seller, but never heard from them.

These were not in a shoe box; they were in a sealed plastic bag and arrived in a plastic shipping bag - no box protection at all! The smell from being sealed in a plastic bag is very potent. It's going to take forever to get that smell out. They would have gotten 4 stars had they been boxed, not sealed in a plastic bag. I was able to get the creases in the top of the shoes (from not being boxed) out more easily. Also, as expected, they are not cushioned inside. That's why I ordered a half size up so I could insert cushioned insoles.

I did not like these shoes. My feet kept sliding to the front with socks on. They were too large. I wear 9 normally but these shoes just did not work for me. Under my feet also hurt a lot after about 3 hours. I've tried wearing them a 2nd time but they are uncomfortable fir me. I think this will suit someone with larger feet. They are cute looking though.
