There is not an adapter for cornelius kegs. What a lot of people will do is just mix cleaning solution in their cornelius keg and dispense it through the lines like they're pouring beer. Q: Is the plastic on the pump food grade?

It is used to pump line cleaner, disinfectant, through the beer lines and tap, I am not sure if it is food grade, I don't think it actually needs to be if it is used for it's intended purpose. I would assume that it is, but I am not positive. You will need to contact the manufacturer.

Q: The fitting seems different than a tap. Does this require anything additional to clean a kegerator hooked up to CO2?
