I originally had a minor problem with my original vacuum suction that I wrote about in a 3-star review. The manufacturer sent me a new vacuum with no questions asked. They just mailed it to me in response to the description of the problem in the review. I have bought mediocre products from overseas before and bit the bullet when it didn't work as well as expected. What happened here was truly remarkable. I didn't ask for it and didn't have to ask.The replacement works great, I couldn't be happier. The product itself is easy to use, clean, and it sucks up my toddler's various pieces of cereal and vegetables he banishes to the floor. The five star review is for the vacuum; it's a quality product. It's great to see a company stand behind what they make, and I thought you might like to know about not only the vacuum, but those who make it.

The thing I like about this is that it can clean my car really well. I used to have a vacuum which is dyson v7 but it is too heavy but this one is not. And you can charge it everywhere and it is wireless.

UPDATE:While the original review stands for the product sold, customer service did reach out and send me a new much more powerful vacuum. The suction is strong and the attachments make the job easy to pick up. Their customer service and want to make things right are a breath of fresh air. The new vacuums power button is on the handle so if you order the one with the power button visible on the top, that is the less powerful model.Original Review-I wish someone had posted a comparison photo and review so I hope this helps someone like me. It’s not horrible if you are looking for something small with comparable power. If you are looking to replace a shark that can knock out stairs and couch’s quickly then this isn’t for you. It takes twice as long to vacuum the same space and nothing seems as clean. After the glowing reviews I’m disappointed.

This is a great cordless Vacuum cleaner for the price (and even not for the price)! It beats the Dustbuster hands-down, which always breaks within a year. The suction is really strong and cleaning is a snap. Plus it comes with very handy and versatile accessories. Most importantly, customer service for this product is immediate and thorough. These folks couldn’t be nicer or more efficient!

UPDATE: The company sent me a new one (it was a different model) and now I am totally satisfied. It works well and has HEPA filters! Yay! Thank you :)So I unboxed this vacuum with great hopes for a handy small vacuum cleaner. It is heavy and a bit clunky, and the angle on the front makes it hard to use, but I tried. I went to turn it off and it would not turn off. Following the instructions, holding the button for over 2 seconds, didn't work. I tried everything, including taking it apart as if to empty the bag. It still wouldn't turn off. As I faced the prospect of listening to the loud motor noise for who knows how long to let the battery wear down, I plugged it back in and it miraculously stopped. So whenever I use this I have to plug it back in to get it to stop. I wouldn't buy this again.UPDATE--the company sent me a new hand held vacuum that seems to be working well. It is a different model and I think will work better for me than the original one. Thank you Holife, for great customer service!

Hard to comment on battery life, we leave it on the charger. We got this for sucking up cat hair on the wood floor and it works really well for my mom. She loves the standing charger so it's easy to grab, and it picks up the cat hair with no issue. Good price too; I do recommend this.

Amazing vacuum for the price. I love the little charge base that it comes with and its sooo lightweight. Perfect for vacuuming out your car instead of the race against time ordeal at a car wash. And it comes with 2 filters and a bunch of attachment heads. Love it!

I like this. I have yet to use the attachments but it works well. The suction is decent and the pouch holds a lot. It’s a very good weight, not cheaply made but lightweight and easy to carry. A good investment for the car. I didn’t notice before purchasing but this can be used for liquids as well! Satisfied customer here :) The one negative I have found is its not great at pet hair in the car.

je m'attendais a une puissance d'aspiration plus forte. Le bec est petit, la lumière inutile, mais j'aime la base qui garde l'appareil toujours chargé. Un gadget utile si je ne veux pas sortir mon gros aspirateur mais sans plus. Ne vous attendez pas a faire tout votre ménage avec cet appareil!. Pour l'auto je sais pas. Pour un nettoyage rapide? Aspirateur conventionnel fera un meilleur job.
