Absolutely love it!! I'm a size 28 and am going on a vacation to Vegas. Didn't want my chub rub to slow me down while I'm there. Wore them under a dress tonight and they come to just above my knees (5'4" height) and didn't ride up and stayed in place all night. Also a very nice breathable waist line that stayed in place, didn't roll and didn't squeeze my fat over the top and gave me great lines in my dress. I wore a cotton dress and the dress didn't cling to the fabric at all! Absolutely love and recommend these to any plus size diva looking to avoid chub rub. Also it was in the mid 70s and there was not a bunch of moisture build up, very breathable fabric and durable. LOVE IT!!! :D

These are straight leg, cotton knit, shorts. The fabric is the same as a T-shirt. Snug when you first put them on but then they relax and wrinkle just like a T-shirt does. I went walking in them and, on me,they did not ride up. One reviewer stated the legs were not sewn with a stretch stitch. That istrue, but they don't need to be. The legs come almost to the knee and there is a gap between your leg and the fabric, as you can see in the photo I uploaded. The style has the appearance of a bike short but that is all. They are not like tights, they are not like Spandex and no padded seat. These are comfortable cotton knit shorts that you can lounge around in wearing your favorite tee.

I originally bought 2 pair of these shorts & found them to be extremely comfy. So I went back & ordered 4 more colors! Now understand, I do NOT wear these out of the house, except to walk around the block. But I guess that's more of a weight issue for me than a style issue. They aren't very thick. You could actually wear them under dresses as long as the dress isn't too fitted or short. But with a tunic t-shirt, hanging out working & playing at home, they're perfect for me. I originally got a 3x & they were by no means too big, but reordered in a 2x since I'm losing a bit of weight (again...)! They both fit fine at my current weight of 193, 5'2". Hope that helps because it hurt to put that in writing!!😜

I'm a huge fan of these shorts. I ordered the size I would normally choose in yoga pants. I threw these on under a skirt for modesty and comfort and walked 12 miles through Tokyo in August. Hardly even noticed them except that I wasn't self conscious about what my skirt might do if a breeze picked up. For those who complain about these shorts creeping up -- you probably should order a larger size. When a knit fabric is stretched too tight it naturally moves to reduce that stretch. That's just how fabric behaves. That's why underwear creep down when they're too small and why t shirts creep up over the hips. The fabric is just responding to the stress. So if you are putting two pounds of shot in a one pound cannon -- yeah, these are going to creep up on you. So take a deep breath and be honest with yourself about the size you really wear, not the size you want to wear. Do that, and these shorts will serve you well.

My experiences buying plus sized clothes on Amazon has mostly been disastrous. I can't tell you how many pieces of clothing I've received that are poor quality, or would fit a small child. These shorts, are great. Granted, I just got them and put them on, but they fit as expected (I ordered a 4X). They are close fitting but not tight. They are just the right amount of stretchy - no crazy dance trying to struggle them on. They're also a nice thickness - thin, so they're lightweight, but not so thin that I feel like I'm going to put my finger through them or that someone will be able to see my panties through the fabric when I bend over. Thrilled with my purchase; I'm likely to buy more in the near future.

No need to size up especially if you wan them to hug your legs like bike shorts. Perfect length! Hits mid thigh and doesn’t rise up on chunky legs. Not paying for quality of fabric, paying for convenience and fit and I’m okay with that.

I am 5'8" tall and weigh around 285, I wear a size 26-28 pant. I bought a size 4x and they are amazing! I bought them to wear under dresses and skirts while on vacation and they were perfect! They are thick enough to wear as shorts by themselves but light enough not to make you sweat if you were them under cloths like I did. They are super comfy and soft. They never rode up or bunched or pinched ever! The waistband stays true to size even after washing. I recommend buying these in every color! They are the best!!

I'm heavy 238 on a 5 foot frame. Often my thighs rub together so when I search for shorts I try to get ones that form naturally to my body. These are inexpensive and have held up through many washes and wears without falling apart. Great grab for anyone just trying to cover up around the house or a quick drive to the store. I've never run in them.. so I cannot say how they hold up to vigorous exercise but seem to be just fine with normal wear.
