Absolute rubbish
If I could give this no stars I would. It is absolute rubbish. It took an age to arrive and definitely wasn’t worth the wait. It comes with no instructions. The USB cable is so short it is difficult to use. Extremely poor quality bits and after only a couple of minutes use, the unit became so hot I was worried it was a hazard. I dropped it off to my niece to have a look at as she is a nail technician. She was appalled by it. It is not remotely cosmetic grade and this is supported by the box it came in. There is nothing to suggest it can be used for nails. Although if you need to do some engraving, carving, grinding or routing you might be in luck. I stupidly did not check where this was coming from as the website advised despatched by Amazon. . It seems to get a refund I would need to pay to return it to China! It has really put me off using Amazon.DO NOT BUY THIS UNLESS YOU WANT TO SERIOUSLY DAMAGE YOUR NAILS.

This product did not arrive as stated. It said it would come with a USB charger and only came with a plug that does not work in this country! Very dissapointed

I needed to remove my acrylic nail varnish, because of the lockdown.So it did what I wanted and no doubt would become easier to use with practice.

really good product
It is my first nail dill (semi-permanent) and I love it, I have few plugs at home so since it goes with usb I put it on the computer and great. the only problem is that it comes two damaged cardboard files which I had to throw directly into the trash, they should take more care of this part.

Expensive Rubbish
I complained that you can't use the item unless it is plugged in. Response I got back was "This thing is very cheap and the price is very high.". Their words not mine, so unless you want to waste £18 DO NOT BUY!
