Easy Pattern 4 Beginning Sewers
This pattern was delivered 2dy prime. It only a 5 piece pattern. It's very easy to follow the instructions. I'm a beginner sewer and found this skirt easy to make. I wear a 12 so I sewed a size 22 in the pattern. I lost some of my gathers in the while sewing the waistband but the skirt still turned out ok.

Easy to follow
Excellent pattern, easy to sew and follow. There is a YouTube video walking you through it up to the waistband, and then you have to subscribe to creativebug to see the second half. I have very little experience but was able to sew it.

Strange design
I’ve sewn clothing for years and was looking for a simple summer skirt with pockets I could thrown together in an afternoon or weekend. This turned into a mess! The sizing was way off- ended up huge, the pockets were clunky and designed in a weird place and way. I’m a problem solver, but ended up tearing the skirt apart to salvage the fabric and tossing out the pattern. Very disappointing and frustrating. Skirts are typically a 101 project.
