Benefit Cosmetics Speed Brow

Q: Did you get your eyebrows done?A: Thanks! But no, why?I love this stuff and my friends and family ask me if I've just had my brows waxed or to do theirs when I use this. I'm not exagerrating, I promise. I love Speed Brow so much. (This is my second tube of it now.)It doesn't stay wet for too long, it holds the shape, it's a pretty neutral color (I have dark eyebrows and lightish skin), it has a mild scent, it makes me happy and it makes other people think I pay to have my eyebrows shaped because they look so good.This is one of my basics included with brown eyeliner, mascara, and lip balm.

My brows will never compare to Madonna's eyebrows in her Papa Don't Preach video.I'm just not very hairy.But I always liked the look of thick, defined brows that look natural - like hair - not pencilled in.But if you have light-ish, not very dense eyebrows there's only so much you can do to make them look thicker and not end up looking like Count Dracula.Yes, I have a lot of eyebrow enhancing makeup & gizmos in my makeup drawer.And yes I am always on the lookout for something that does what it says it will do. A rarity in makeup products, unfortunately.So when I first applied Speed Brow the results seemed kind of underwhelming and I wasn't all that surprised about it. My eyebrows did not look much better than what I could get from a comparative product that costs a quarter of the price at the drugstore.But then I went on vacation and, in a starkly lighted airport bathroom, viewed what Speed Brow could do. It was pretty amazing.I looked like I had full brows. And they didn't look scary or fake.The guest bedroom where we were staying had a lot of bright, natural light - the best kind to put on makeup.So as I was applying it I could actually SEE the Speed Brow gel thickening & defining my skinny little eyebrow hairs - something I could not tell was happening in my bathroom back in Brooklyn which could have the amount of light a mole person might tolerate).Anyway, believe the hype or don't.

i have been using clear mascara on my brows because he tinted brow makeup has always made my dark brows look even darker and thicker. i decided to give speed brow a try. its great! it holds perfectly, does not flake or show make up if applied over concealer, foundation, shadow etc.I wish it came in a larger tube but other than that...i love it and will continue to use as a staple in my makeup regimen!

Bottom line...this doesn't work. I had a read anotehr review aboutthis product elsewhere and since I have majorly sparse brows...to thought try it.waste of mone an d expectations.

What this product is good for: those 5 minute "natural look" makeup days. Sets brows nicely, but the tint is unimpressive.What this product is NOT good for: filling in sparse brows in any way, shape or form. If your brows are at all sparse and need filling or color, keep looking.For the price, I expected a little better. Not the multi-tasker it claims to be.

It definately helps prevent my eyebrows from looking heavy, but it doesn't do as much as I expected it to.The price is too high from it performance.

This speed brow has made a big difference in my lashes, so perfect and conditioned also I'm glad I ordered this product

It has improved the look of my eyebrows and super easy to use!

Useless product no colour and did not define euebrows

This is a great product, I really love this. Could have bought it cheaper in a store but with fuel and parking it would have cost the same in the end! Many thanks Amazon.

Arrived before estimated time. Excellent for taming eyebrows.
