I workout about 4 times a week and tried the hydration boost, which led me to try the protein powder and I have loved it and am ordering more. I ended up enjoying the taste although it did grow on me as I wasn't sure what to expect when I first tried it. I mix it with almond milk as a post-workout snack and I have noticed a big difference in my energy and recovery after workouts. I highly recommend giving it a try!

I actually took it pre, post, and sometimes during (depending on mood). Taking it Pre workout--i literally felt like I was sailing through. At points where my energy would usually start to go, it didn't. So really like this product. Will try the honey and spice this time. Didn't like the taste of the white moch . Had to add oats, banana, and honey to help bare the bitter taste.
