I have been trying to get a replacement for MONTHS now and all they can do is tell me to change the pump..and I did...send videos of it improperly working...and I did and they still won't replace it

these machines arrived in 2 boxes taped together. not a huge deal as this often occurs.that's the end of similarities. these devices claim to be DMX compatible yet there was absolutely no information about the DMX capabilities. after sales service was a joke and very poor representation of what is expected at Amazon. after sales had ZERO knowledge of these devices and when asked sent me a picture of the remote control operations...I offered to create a DMX profile for these devices to include for other customers, the after sales did not even know what a DMX profile is... how absurd!the devices looked to be built relatively well, but with the lack of support these machines can not be recommended.as a special effects designer, i am well accustomed to using strange and unusual items to create a specific effect... these machines are a pure waste of time.

This product works great! At a certain angle the remote control will only work one of the foggers.

I love these, They fire off quickly, cool sound. Couldn't use them with my controller, but the remotes work perfectly.Used the quick dissipating juice for the CO2 effect

I used these dozens of times, they worked great. Then one melted at a gig, I figured it was a dud oh well then the other 2 did the same thing a few months later at my house. Turns out the faulty shut-off switch is faulty, it doesn't know when it's too hot equils fire unless lucky me first one was on concrete. Any way becareful with these.
