I have been taking these for about 7 months now ...
I have been taking these for about 7 months now, 3 times a day. When I first started taking them, I lost 50 percent more weight than I was losing before taking them (made no other dietary or exercise changes). I very rarely feel bloated after eating when I take these. If you have a slow metabolism, I would highly suggest you give these a try.

This batch seems NOT good.!!
Be aware that the current batch COULD be NOT good; I have been buying this product for more than 3 years and a half and the pills content have always been of yellow-beige color, and this batch has become grey… So I don’t trust this batch. I tried to return it but it has no-return policy. Would love to return it or get refund but didn’t find a way to do it in this complicated Amazon return system. Just be aware.!!!

Make sure it’s right for you
This is a very strong product. It is quite different than the pancreatic enzymes I have been taking. I am trying to resolve my gut issues and have determined that I have a bacterial overgrowth in my stomach- h pylori so my stomach is not acidic enough since the bacteria causes the stomach to be too alkaline. I think that is why this product caused me a lot of painful bloating in my intestines due to too much stagnation. This may be a very helpful product for some because it does cause a lot of activity in the intestines.

Unwanted side effects
I tended to get bad insomnia when I took these. They didn't hurt or irritate my stomach, but I could tell they were doing something. Not really a game-changer, though. I wouldn't buy again.
