Appreciate and knowledgeable support team. I am using it for my construction site where 10A controller connected to Adani 20Watt solar panel with 40w led light + 12v 5amp camera using 12ah lithium ion battery. It’s shows how much Amps panel is generating and how much battery consumption to load. Great price range for the features availability. Really recommended for the small off grid solar project.

Not working accurately, batteries are getting discharged rapidly. Not recommended. Waste of money

The replacement unit works fine so far (Both replacement and original units were fully sealed. I presume, the defect with the original one is from the factory). Will update if I run into any of the issues mentioned below. Increasing the rating to 3 stars from 1 star. Should you receive a defective unit, don't hesitate to order a replacement through order page (and then hope that you receive a working unit). --- Original Review --- This product is a hit or miss. The first one I have ordered a couple months ago works fine so far. But the second one I have ordered has been nothing but trouble. It's one thing to not work and it's another thing to work in such a way that it damages your devices. Here are some problems I have run into/observed: 1. Detects 12v Sealed Lead Acid battery correctly, but randomly thinks that it is a 24v battery after sometime and passes 17v to the 12v battery. I could hear some boiling sound of liquid in the battery and immediately disconnected it from the controller. 2. When a USB device is connected, the controller continuously turns ON and OFF every second. This could damage both the USB device and the SLA battery connected to the controller. Promptly returning this product to Amazon. Ordered for a replacement, hoping that I will win the quality lottery on that one. If the replacement has the same issues, I'm staying away from this and related brands until a good product emerges. It's disheartening to see that we can't find a good solar charge controller with decent reviews and all we have are these low quality products that have not been tested properly before being shipped out to customers. (PS: I see that the same product is being sold in eBay-UK for Rs. 123 including shipping. It's no wonder that the quality is so bad, if they are able to sell the device for that price)

It's good one. It's controll the voltage that generate from solar panel and yes there is a option to increase/decrease the voltage limit and this I find it cool features. Remember, first timer when you connect the system it may show Higher voltage which are higher than the battery specific voltage, don't get panicked, remove the solar panel connection and connect again, this will solve the issue. Sometimes faulty in connection or loss in connection it may happen. Usb port functionality is good. I have 3A output current so fast charging phone support but I recommend do not use phone charge and charge it when emergency. Alternatively, Use DC to AC converter and charge it through the phone's specific charger. Battery Life depends on the battery capacity you are using and yes it charge the battery with properly. You can go with this. I recommend to everyone.

Good product

does what it's supposed to do.. during setting up for the first time, make sure to connect the battery first before connecting the panel, also in the device print it might have you think lead acid battery is b02 but refer to the manual which says lead acid battery is b01. once that's set, you're good to go.. only thing is the load output voltage. whatever you set, outputs the current battery voltage so that's a setting that's pretty much useless, you can't actually set the load output voltage.. using a 5A dc motor speed relulator to control the voltage. works great with fan and light.. greatly increases battery backup at low speeds. another thing is whether the battery is fully charged or empty, if solar is charging, you will see the arrow always blink and never stop, but that doesn't mean it won't stop charging when it reaches the float voltage. it won't overcharge it beyond the set float. the low voltage load cut off setting works like it's supposed to. i have accidentally shorted the load output and protection kicked in, output got cut off right away and load icon blinked for a minute or two before turning back on again.. so short circuit protection works like it's supposed to.. don't reverse the battery and solar terminals, i don't know what will happen.. not gonna try that.. i have used a 19v 3A charger instead of solar panel at night and it worked, instead of the manual strictly warning not to use any other power source other than solar module.. overall very Happy with the product, have no complains
