Marson (39054 M-3 Air/Hydraulic Production Rivet Gun

I purchased this tool on Amazon and was faulty upon first day on use. We use 1/8" Aluminum pop rivets 98% of the time. We dealt with the problems with this tool for another couple months until we then purchased a POP 1600 with works continuously and flawlessly without all the hassle of jamming or sticking or pulling the trigger 2-3 times to get it to pull. When sent back to seller, Rivetstop, they requested $98 to have the tool sent back to me because there supposedly is only a 3 MONTH warranty with this tool! Now, we are 5 months since purchase and Rivetstop has sent my tool to the manufacturer because they have limited control over this imported junk and choose to not take care of the problem themselves. Marson tool is a brand I will never purchase again due to this incident and a failed HAND Riveter once purchased for $80 years ago that just broke because of poor aluminum casting parts.. This company should be known as junk from Tawain.
