I love it. Yes, it comes as solid but it melts in warm weather. When it's solid I melt it in hot water and use it for Oil Pulling 3 days a week then gargle with Himalayan salt water to get rid of any oil residue.Also great for my hair and skin. I mix it with my own homemade hair conditioner treatment and it has done wonders for my hair. This is my second purchase now. 👍

Brought for my dry damaged hair. Put on dry hair and leave on as long as possible. Shampoo dry and rinse for soft, silky hair. Also great for dry skin
