The legs to the stretcher do not extend or close like they should.
It's a nice stretcher and it fits perfectly into my Dodge Grand Caravan like a glove. The legs to the stretcher do not close and open unless you force them to. My wife fell off the stretcher because the legs closed up before I even had a chance to squeeze the red release levers on both sides of the stretcher. As long as I take a lot longer time and go very slowly I'm hoping it doesn't happen again.

Tie down straps
Front wheels were damaged in transit and no information for replacement. The tie down straps were not long enough for patient secure tie down it is used for transporting mother to and from doctors
