I love my wrist brace by Wrist Support. I got these in just in time. I did a lot of yard work today and usually by the end of the day my wrist are killing me. They get real weak. Well I had my wrist brace on while working and what a huge difference it has made. My wrist do not hurt and they do not feel weak. You get two supports, and they fit nice and snug on your wrist. They breathe very well through the material. You can machine wash them, but it is recommend to hand dry. It doesn't take long for them to dry. They are very durable and fit any wrists. These also work great for carpel tunnel. They give me great support with all the typing that I do during the day. They are great for either men or women. They are black with white trim. I used this wrist brace at the gym. It helps maintain stability in my wrists and helps prevent unwanted strains.
