Great for blister prevention.
Nice cushioned tape that adheres very well to the skin to prevent blisters from occurring . I imagine it would also help cushion already formed blisters by cutting a hole large enough to encircle the blister then place another layer over it.

The tape works for the price!!
The tape works.Wearing steel toes, or composites that usually rub my big toes constantly for 12 hours at work this stuff has been a game changer without having to pour $$$ into overpriced socks. Wrap it around my toe, put socks on and it stays while creating that boundary between the inside of the boot and my toe. No friction and I hardly realize it is there during the day.

Stays on!
I’ve tried many but this tape is awesome. I use on my fingers when they crack in the winter. You can shower, do dishes etc.. in same day and it does not come off! When u do take it off there is no glue residue on your hands. I used to be a postal carrier and with the salt from plows hitting boxes it eats your fingers and the best band aids would mo stay in all day! Wish I had found this tape before I retired because it’s a lifesaver.

Spongey and Sticky!
I really like this tape! It's so squishy and isn't too thick where it will affect the fit of a shoe too much when used for added cushion around the heel!I would've given 5 stars but I had a small issue with the tape coming off easily. I wear this in 2 spots in my pointe shoes and I think my feet must've been warmer than usual because the tape shifted and my toe box rubbed a few spots raw before I noticed the tape was moved. For medical purposes or for normal wear? 15/5 stars. the best. amazing. For ballet? I still use it despite the stickability. I have found taping it in place with a thinner, stronger tape has helped a lot!I'll def keep buying this stuff.

Gave me the extra cushion I needed
I recently took up running. After buying expensive running shoes, I was pretty disappointed when the side of the shoe started digging into the side of my foot. I bought this to tape on my foot and it’s helped me avoid that pain. I’ve used it for every run since and I have no complaints! The adhesive may start to slip with sweat but I have socks on and it seems to help keep it in place. Holds up well! Use as many layers as you want!

Decent, but not great
I've been breaking in a new pair of shoes, and I have ALWAYS gotten heel blisters when doing so, so I bought this tape to help with the blistering when it inevitably happened. These particular shoes are also rubbing on my little toe on each foot, which isn't terribly unusual for me either. It has been rather hit and miss with me. The blisters are in a tough spot for any tape; it's going to constantly get rubbed, will be exposed to a lot of sweat, and will have to last for most of the day. When applying to my heel, I use my usual method of "use what I need, don't overdo it." I put a bandage over any forming blister, then put the tape in a vertical line directly over the blister, extending an inch or two above and below. When I don't have a forming blister and want to prevent blisters, I'll start at the curve of my heel and run the tape until it's about an inch above where my shoe heel sits. On the little toes, I wrap it fully around so it adheres to itself and completely encases the toe.The wrap around the toes has come off almost every time, even if I put a bandage under it; this tape seems to *really* prefer to be flat to work best.At the heel, it's been about 75% hit, 25% miss. 3/4 times it stays on all day and doesn't have any problems, but that 4th time is REALLY annoying. If it comes off your skin, it simply won't stick back to it.I needed to shave some of the hairs around the back of my ankle to get it to fully adhere to it, that helped some. Even so, I'd prefer that it do better than this, the brand I used to use (which is not made in the US, why I switched brands) had this problem a lot less frequently (and never came off my toes)
