These are very strong but work amazingly.

My method of use: Step 1, just sip this stuff and swish around in your mouth as you salivate, swallow, wait about 3 minutes, repeat step one couple more times. Within 5 to 8 minutes guaranteed to feel like an aircraft's engines ran at full power during takeoff.Warning DO NOT attempt my method while in your vehicle stopped at a red light especially if there is another vehicle in front of you. Trust me, I learnt the hard way. :)

I have Hypersomnia and constantly feel tired throughout the day, like really... really tired. Although because of how severe my case is, this does not completely solve my problems, but it does help me feel a bit more alert.Each shot comes with two serving for a total of 350mg for the bottle.The average caffeine dose a person should take is about 150mg (so taking half the bottle for 175mg isn't a bad idea). The max most people can stand is around 300mg before side effects can really show. This bottle is going to provide you with slightly more caffeine than other caffeine supplements which is why I enjoy it.I must say that the taste with this product is much better than compared to other energy shots. It's not enjoyable but it is much more tolerable than say, 5 hour energy.I never got a crash when using this stuff and the big package will last you awhile. I always keep some around the house and the caffeine does help me in large doses. My boyfriend also keeps some to himself even without the hypersomnia I have as he drinks them when he needs a pick me up on a bad day.

There is tons of caffeine in this and its really effective, it lasts for a really long time and there is not much of a crash

This doesn't have the same effect on me as the canned drink for some reason.This doesn't give me any energy. All it does is prevent me from going to sleep.
