Timberland Classic Leather Reversible Belt

I was looking for a decent quality leather belt for work. I have several, but they are getting worn out and several are falling apart cause they were cheaply made, not real leather. I have bought other Timberland products which have been decent quality for the price. So I saw they make leather belts and decided to purchase one. The price was reasonable so I found my size and saw it was reversible, (dk brown/black), which is even better! I received the belt promptly and unpacked it. The build quality of the belt was surprisingly sturdy, definitely doesn't look or feel cheap like some 'leather' belts do. You could definitely tell it's real leather. The color looks good on both sides. The stitching looks sturdy. The reversible buckle works good and the belt smells like a leather belt, no weird chemical smell. It's stiff like a real leather belt should be, but not overly stiff. The size was exactly as expected and fit me without issue. I have worn the belt and it's fit and looks make it one of my favorites. A good quality belt for the price!

I needed a new belt so I decided to try Amazon, this belt seems nice, it took bit longer to arrive than regular orders that I make from Amazon, but that's OK it still came on time (Amazon are very, very professional) The only problem I had with the belt was that one of the screws was loos and it hurt me before I realized and fixed it. I also order a bit too long belt so I needed to create few more holes. I definitely think this is a good buy.

Oh how the mighty have fallen! Used Timberland belts for years. Have one that is ragged but functional. Despite being retired, I sometimes need a decent looking one. Apparently quality control is old fashioned. Bought this one after returning the first one FOR EXACTLY THE SAME PROBLEM: the worker did not screw the two screws in tight (and apparently the supervisor decided to stop checking and management decided to stop paying attention). The first time, I thought I had been I got struck with a rare defect. Not nearly rare enough, apparently. This time the poorly installed bottom screw stayed in place long enough that I did not see the problem until after the Amazon automatic return window had closed. I'm not sure what the process is now, but I will try to get my money back. Update: Because of the product defect, they did allow me to return this second one. Nice. I decided to try for a 3rd time. Still not happy with Timberland. The third one was properly assembled in that the screws were in place and tight. But examining it I found that with normal movement the screws looked like they were wanting to work their way out again. I would have given up and returned the 3rd one, but life intervened and the return window closed again. That's OK. I'll keep it in reserve. And keep Timberland on my list of "use to be"s

This was a replacement for the same belt that broke within weeks of initial purchase. This one lasted six months, which seems like a long time, but not if you weren’t using it daily. The mechanism that allows you to switch between belt colors is the problem. It was the same issue I had with the previous belt. Sounds like an issue with the design. Aside from that, it’s a decent belt.

O cinto é um pouco mais fino do que eu esperava mas não deixa de ser um cinto bonito, material muito bom e versátil por ser dupla face.

Iwas looking for a belt that could double as a casual with jeans or step up to business casual with my khakis. This is a truly good quality belt of solid leather. I like that it is reversible by simply flipping the buckle to switch it from black to brown. I trusted the sizing chart on the recommendation to order one size larger. It fits great.

One of my best investments in quality and longevity.
