Columbia Men's Silver Ridge Cargo Pant

Urban female who walks a lot here - I’m happy with these. (Mens pants are more comfortable and usually made better, hence the choice.). Lightweight, flattering - they come up to the waist as pants should and have fabulous deep pockets you would never find on a pair of women’s trousers. They run small - I added a couple of inches to my waist measurement to figure the size - any extra fabric gets cinched with the belt and makes for a flattering fit that is nice and roomy. You can fit your phone and your keys in the pockets, they sink way in. Paired with a scoop-necked snug sleeveless T, an open oversized light-weight long-sleeved shirt, broad-brimmed summer hat, sunglasses, a good pair of sneakrs, and a large over the shoulder bag from ManhattanPortage to carry water bottle, emergency snacks, sweater and a light-weight shawl for places with A/C.

Love these pants. Second time buying them, but only because I misplaced my first pair. They are light enough to wear during the summer heat, but thick enough to preserve some warmth in the colder months and also protect you from sun and mosquitos. They are highly functional and durable. The adjustable waist band is a nice addition. The pockets are deep enough to hold multiple items without being too bulky. Only complaint is that they wrinkle easily, but I don't think anyone is wearing them to make a fashion statement.

I usually wear size 34. I’m 6’ and 193 pounds. Definitely need a 36 so I can still tuck a shirt in and breathe. Will follow up once the 36” arrive.

I wear these fishing, going to ball games or working in the yard. Lightweight and moisture wicking.

So.... I got a pair.... Loved them, super light, quick dry, loose-ish, easy to move in.... Loved them!.... Time goes on....Then the back pocket stitching fell out, the Velcro came off one of the back pockets, the knee tore.... GRRR.... but I love them!.... So I buy 4 or 5 more pairs in relatively short order.... Knowing I'm going to end up angry.... But I love them!.. 🤦..... So yea.... The back pockets.... ALWAYS!..... and the Velcro, sometimes...... Stupid pants! 😕...... But I love them!....I'm not going to buy any more... and you shouldn't buy any..... Just take my word for it..... You don't want the struggles of the relationship with these pants that you will develop..... It's just not worth it!.... But I love them!

These pants fit much smaller. Recommended to order a size larger than you normally need.
