This is a beautiful book, nice hard cover to withstand repeated use. Impressive quality, definitely recommend.

These stories my mother read to my siblings and I when we were children. We have all enjoyed reading them again as adults. Edith Nesbit is a wonderful storyteller. These books are very worth reading.

Bought as a gift for my 10 year old daughter She loved the film and she anted a thick book. It is a little hard going with old fashioned wording but she seems to be enjoying it.

A classic children's story that both my 9 year old son and myself enjoyed reading together. Even better than I remembered. Original text and illustrations. This book proves that even for the Xbox generation there is more magic in words than in pixels.
