Went for these over the plastic options due to concerns about plastic getting brittle over time. Seem decent quality, felt sturdy and slotted into place easily and pleasingly snugly. Only time will tell but these seem good value when compared against the flimsy, much cheaper it has to be said, plastic options.

Good quality construction fits well and sturdy… thus will definitely stop moss and twigs etc from entering your gutter pipe….downside is over time sludge moss can collect around the cage and create a blockage in its own right…. What you gonna do ..🤷🏼‍♂️

Great for keeping leaves and other foliage out of the gutter downpipes. Used 3 at my bungalow that is surrounded by trees and no more blockages

Easy fit

Very easy to fit. Have been in situ about 4 weeks now, and appear to be doing the job.

These fit square and round pipes. they pop in easily and do a good job stopping leaves etc going down the pipe from the gutter.

Difficult to fit, but once in place does the job nicely

Perfect. Fits exactly into my gutter system. My standard plastic trapezoidal gutter leads into the circular downpipe via a square to round connector and the 4 prongs of the leaf guard fit tightly into the 4 corners of the square section. However - if yours goes straight into round section, I am sure that it would also fit as you can mould the wires to suit. In fact the whole guard is malleable enough to bend to fit other scenarios where you might need to stop rubbish entering, but still retains sufficient stiffness to keep what ever shape you bend it into.
