Very sturdy and strong. Doesn't sag with the glasses inside. Like that it has two side handles, too. The double zipper pulls are nice and smooth, too.

Very sturdy!!!

I purchased two of these teacup storage containers for my wife. She likes to take her nice set of china to her women’s Bible study group to drink tea and coffee from to make it special. She was previously wrapping her cups in news print that was so cumbersome that she stopped taking her cups to the group. These containers have made things much easier, and she’s thrilled to take her cups to her group again. As depicted, each case is easy to assemble and can be folded flat when not in use. The padding is sufficient to prevent chipping and breakage from carrying it around, but it will not prevent damage if the case is dropped. My wife’s teacups have a 4 inch diameter rim. They are just slightly too big to sit flat in each section of these containers, but fit nicely if angled slightly. The slats and sides of the containers are rigid enough to keep the container from collapsing if they’re stacked. These are a great way to safely store and transport fine china teacups.

Good cup storage

This cup and mug storage container works great for my ‘fancy’ Cognac glasses. These glasses have a shorter stem than my wine glasses, so it didn’t make sense to get a big wine glass storage case for them, and this works perfect! The top, bottom and side walls are all reinforced and very sturdy, and the interior partition walls are also padded, so I feel like my glassware is safely stored away. The top lid is not reinforced, but I am ok with that, as 2 of my glasses are slightly taller than the exterior walls (pictured), but there is enough give in the flexible lid that there is no extra pressure on the zipper or the glass when the case is zipped up. I would not want to stack anything on top of this case, but I am fine with stacking it on top of my wine glass case. Overall a great case, and I don’t even think it needs to be taller to fit those 2 glasses, this works great as is!

Great storage

A fixed label slot on the side would get this product five stars. Wonderful storage and better than competitors with the secure side handles, padded interior slots and the double zipper slides.

Love these cases! We ordered 2 sets for service for 16 and couldn't be happier. They are very sturdy and can stack for easier storage. The felt pads are a little thin but work perfectly, we even have a few extra. I wish there was a bowl storage from this company, but we made it work with an additional mug storage unit, as seen in the picture. We also got the promotional wine glass storage a week later, just needed to take a quick survey through facebook messenger and within days we got a nice sturdy wine glass case. We purchased this for an everyday set of stoneware plates and everything fits perfectly. Will be ordering a 3rd set for my family heirloom dinnerware when we get a chance. I would definitely recommend this product, especially since the other options are mostly flimsy quilted and not stackable.

I bought it not for mugs, but for bangles, and it is fabulous. It's just like the pictures, with the firm sides and lid, and things can be placed on top of it no problem. It fits plenty of bangles and is easy to use. I would have liked a more interesting colour but usefulness takes precedence over aesthetics.

Ordentliche Qualität

The base board is hard on the external side, but slightly padded on the internal side, which was nice to see, and the sides and top of the box had quilted padding. The size is very good. In terms of teacups, you can stack two in a single cell with padding between them, so it's very good for cup storage (although you'd need a separate storage container for their saucers). Whoever designed the packaging really understands user experience. The packaging seemed eco-friendly, high quality, and really nice overall. Even the tape used to hold the cardboard sleeve of the interior walls was really nice quality. They've clearly paid a lot of detail to user experience and if they're willing to put that much detail into how it's packaged, I think that's a good sign as to how this storage container will hold up long term. I will definitely be buying from this company again.

Well made and of a good quality.

Overall a good product. Dividers are not adjustable so all the spaces are equal in size. It would have been good if I could have put the saucers in the same container by creating a larger space.
