dispenser falls off the sign every time!
the bracket is not tight enough to hold the dispenser in place-- each time someone tries to take a ticket, the red dispenser falls off the sign- a hinge/pin design would work better

Broke the first moment I tried it
Stand was cheaply made, kept toppling over and the machine broke in half. Never got to use it. Profoundly disappointed.

Tickets do not come out very easy and I didn’t realize that the pole it goes on was for the counter top not floor

THE STAND IS FAIRLY STURDY BUT THE NUMBER HOLDER IS PLASTIC, NOT STURDY AND YOU CAN'T PULL NUMBERS OFF EASILY. THERE IS NOTHING TO STOP NUMBERS AT THE CORRECT PLACE AND TEARING OFF IS DIFFICULT. THIS IS NOT WORTH THE MONEY
