These work great to move the seat belt away from your neck so you can drive in comfort. The belt is still effective as it still covers your body but doesn't rub your neck. Just recommended these to others with a new car and same problem. Easy to use, and worth it for the comfort. Will work for adults or children.

Does exactly what it should, makes my seatbelt sit in the correct position and this means the seatbelt is much more comfortable. Very easy to fit, I regularly move it from seat to seat depending on whether I’m driving or a passenger (the second seatbelt adjuster is in my husbands car). It can be left in situ, it doesn’t tangle in my experience.

Holds the top belt in position so can't just slip out. A bit fiddly to start with but now easy.
