Expensive for what they are. You can make your own with supemarket lemons but they are different so these are the best for authenticity.

Skin rather rubbery. Not as nice as M&S preserved lemons but they don't have them in stock at the moment.

Tough skin
I usually buy Belazu preserved lemons but tried these for a change. I don’t know if it was a bad batch but the skins were tough and chewy even after slicing and cooking in a casserole. Will be going back to Belazu.

Great for Tagines
Luscious lemons preserved in brine. Great value and perfect for cooking. Especially a great solution for tagines, instead of having to pickle my own lemons.
