That classic British taste!
I thought my puddings and fruitcakes would never be as good as my Nan’s, but this spice blend is great! It has alll the classic sweet spices, but you can taste that very British and Irish emphasis on mace, nutmeg, caraway seed, and coriander, whilst still tasting cinnamon, ginger, cloves, and allspice. Essential for puddings, biscuits, fruitcakes, etc. You can even use it for masala chai!

We love this spice mix!
We purchased a bottle of this off the shelf in a store in England a few years ago. Often used in British baking recipes, it is difficult to find here, so we purchased it online this time. I use it occasionally (in with the grounds) when making my morning coffee, and it adds great flavor combination to dishes that ask for cinnamon or similar spices.
