First, the plastic is sturdy, not flimsy or flexible like Rubbermaid or Sterlite. I love the handles and the clearness of the plastic to make it easy to see what's in them.Decided to remodel the pantry and put in 10" deep shelves and some 12" deep shelves. Then I went to Target, which carries a variety of these and other brands of kitchen bins, to see which sizes would best fit what kinds of food--I loaded a variety into my cart and took them to the grocery section of the store and began testing various products to see which would fit best in which container. I ended up buying a variety of sizes, soem locally, some online: the 10 x 6 x 3 are the right size to hold most "pouched" foods, and some medium-sized boxed foods (such as Trader Joes mashed potatoes). Mac and Cheese fits best in an 8.5 inch wide by 12" deep x 3" high which holds two boxes side by side, 14 boxes total.The other size I found was most useful is 9" wide x 10" deep, 6" tall (which I think is a different manufacturer but similar quality). This was useful for organizing loose snacks such as a protein bars, assorted individually wrapped candies or grouping together items by category. My "Mexican" themed bin, for example, hold two boxes of taco shells, a 28 oz. can of enchildada sauce, 1 12 oz. jar of salsa, and two cans of refried beans.My only complaint is the price. I looked long and hard online and in retail stores and most bins cost $10-$12 each, even if buying several at a time. If one wants to organize the pantry, it would cost quite a bit to replace the random cardboard boxes and cheap plastic bins with enough of these bins to make it look nice. That being said, you get what you pay for, and these are worth every penny. Now if one could just get a discount for buying in bulk...

I am in love with Inter design bins. I've been able to organize my entire kitchen and bathroom cabinets with these awesome, heavy duty, and clear bins. They make cleaning the refrigerator a snap and they are easy to clean. I put labels on the outside surface of the bins so everyone knows what is in them and where to put the item back when they are finished with it. These bins make daily living in the kitchen pleasant and efficient. The 10" depth sizes are the only ones that fit inside my kitchen cabinets, and they perfectly. They hold a good amount of items. The bins are very sturdy and easy to accommodate various spaces by using the different sizes they come in. I plan on buying more and using them throughout my house. The thing I wish is that the price was a little cheaper. I highly recommend these bins.

Sturdy and adequate, but smaller than I expected. It's great for keeping small items like those little, wrapped, wax-encased cheeses and packaged condiments from the fast-food places. The trays are durable, clear plastic and stack well. When I bought my new garage refrigerator I didn't pay attention to the fact that it didn't have built-in drawers. These are great.

I have bought several of these. They keeps things organized, handy and easy to see. Easy to clean. The ones designed for the freezer are particularly heavy duty and made in the USA. I just use them in my pantry but I like their sturdiness. The one with the lid is just a little less sturdy. It is made in China.I have read and enjoyed *The Life-Changing Magic of Tidying Up by Marie Kondo. She is NOT a fan of storage solutions. She wants you to pitch. However, if you like to cook you want a well stocked pantry and if you can't see it easily you don't know you have it. These keep things organized and in sight. You will not be buying something you already have because it is tucked in back of some big bottle.

This is a plastic bin. I'm surprised how much I like it. It stores watercolor paint tubes/kits and a small collection of short stem wc brushes. When I tried to suss why I like the bin all out of proportion, two thoughts occured: the first having to do with the appeal of its contents, and the other having to do with the aesthetics of the bin's construction overall: the perfect combination of weight, dimensions, rounded edges, and translucency. Just a really well-made piece of nonessential gear. It's pricey though. I can't imagine investing in handfuls or dozens of these bins to hold an entire pantry's or closet's worth of stuff, but I can sure imagine how pleasing the end result would be.

This handy little bin is 10 inches long by 6 inches wide by 3 inches tall. The plastic is study enough to hold up under normal use. The bottom is flat on the inside so things sit securely and groves on the bottom ensure it won't easily stick to shelf paper, etc. The plastic is thick enough to hold up under normal use over time. mine holds 6 boxes of tea, keeping them neat and easy to access. the hand grips make it easy to move as needed. It would also be handy for spices, and other small items in the kitchen, craft room, etc.

These bins are terrific! Though they were listed as kitchen organizers, I purchased them for use in a school library to sort and display books (see photo). They're attractive, very strong, and are quite high quality. They're versatile, and stack on top of each other rather than nest inside each other, so they can be stacked with items inside them. Highly recommended.
