Important note
If you solder the connections use a very small set of pliers to remove the pins first as the plastic that holds them in place melts and makes it unusable. That was my fault, and the second one seems to work great.

It is usable if one is careful.
They work but are very difficult to seperate the parts to wire. I bent up the first one, so it was a good thing that I only needed one. I wish they came already apart or with instruction on how to open them. Each manufacturer is different. I have used DIN connectors from other manufactures many years ago. So with these, there was a learning curve. The plastic that holds the pins is very low-temp. One has to be very careful when soldering the wires to them. I used a very low wattage iron with a very small tip.

It works, but?
It looks like it will work, and it did. But it should not take 10 minutes of flashlight and multiple attempts to mate this to the appropriate receptacle...in fairness, it may not be a product fault, but possible engineering fault, not to provide an adequate keyway path to mate the two?1

Decent plug
Would be easier to solder if the pins were hollow. Otherwise a good plug.
