Great stuff!
This is the best tasting sugar I have had the pleasure of experiencing. It's a very healthy choice too, being mineral rich. People say it has a molasses taste. Yes, but not like a black strap. It is the subtle taste of fresh unrefined natural molasses. Since heating your 'local honey' destroys its unique, subtle micro-nutrients this sugar is a good replacement, if you are inclined to use honey in cooking recipes or for heated beverages. Be cautious. We must be careful to not overindulge in sugar consumption so, self-control is wise.

So rich and delicious!
This is my favorite sugar for my iced coffees! It’s like granulated molasses with a hint more sweetness. It dissolves very quickly in my cold coffee with cream with just a little stirring. I do recommend getting one of those little terracotta brown sugar keepers so it will stay moist and granulated in the fridge.

Small but mighty flavor and texture
The taste of this adds so much to your baked goods. You can smell the molasses. Will buy more for my pecan pies for the holidays, should mix nicely with bourbon.

Great for cookies and graham crackers
This is great for cookies if you want a deeper color and flavor than typical American brand dark brown sugar. I use it in spiced graham crackers.

Rare Find
If you’re making Sticky Toffee Pudding there’s absolutely no substitute. This cannot be replaced with dark brown sugar, there is no comparison. Sugar arrived very firm, but soft-ish. If need be, store in an airtight container with a slice of bread. That usually does the trick. It is costly! But if the recipe calls for this particular ingredient do not substitute.

Need better Quality control!!
I usually use this for baking, and it is rock hard. It is hard to mix with a batter. I got two consecutive rock hard ones. They need to figure out how to keep their quality.

I wish it was not so expensive it makes the best syrup for your coffee!

Expensive but worth it. As a treat I made sticky toffee pudding and using real ingredients like this made it fantastic.

Yes, it's just brown sugar, but it tastes more than just sweet. Used for my Christmas brown sugar shortbread this year, which is just flour, butter and brown sugar and it kicked them up to another dimension.

I received a solid block of sugar. Hard as a brick. This can't be used unless you grind it.
