Great creamer equivalent to Regular creamers
This creamer does a great job of creaming coffee unlike other brands I have purchased. The reviews related to flavor are irrelevant as this does not provide flavor necessarily. Does adding milk to your coffee give it flavor, NO. You still need to add sugar or sweetener of your choice. Highly recommend this creamer as it is healthy and helps provide needed energy and focus throughout the day.

YUK! Tastes awful. Extremely bitter. I dumped the first cup and discarded the 4 bottles I bought. I sure can't drink that stuff. Tastes nothing like Rapid Fire.

What is the source of the MCTs?
The ingredients list begins with "coconut oil," followed by "MCT oil." I wish the coconut oil was organic, but even more I wish to know the source of that MCT oil. Is is palm kernel oil? It could easily be. Some MCT oil comes from palm oil. I feel they should state the source of that second ingredient.

It does not dissolve well in tea or coffee!!
The Keto life creamer was very disappointing. It does not dissolve well in tea or coffee, as stated. I was very disappointed by the gritty taste, and I will not purchase again.
