Received within three days. Works for acid indigestion and heartburn. Amazon was the only place I could buy them since their company is no longer in business. They were over priced, but I was willing to pay the price because these antacid chewable tablets seem to work when nothing else does.

I'm very sad that the company isn't making these anymore. We use these throughout the family and have for over 40 years. It was a good product and works really well. There won't be a replacement any better.

I have placed orders for Chooz on prior occations and the product came just as I had ordered. I had ordered several (6) of the Chooz as this is a product that really helps me a lot with my ulcer and I can no longer find it available at any store. I was so happy to find it at Amazon! However, this time when i placed my order off of the web site, I was sent 1 box of 12 pieces and charged $39.55 for that 1 box. I had no problem with the return to Amazon and I did check again on your site and it has changed to 1 box for $34 or 2 boxes for $89. Or, you can order 6 for $249! This is an outrage! It is the same as a roll of Roleaids except it works much better but not at this price. I'm not sure as to the pricing of this product but it is way out of line.

Chooz is a unique product - while most of its competitors are chalk-like, this is a gum and as effective, for this consumer, as they are in dealing with indigestion. The cost of a packet in the UAE has been 28 aed for some time but it had become unobtainable so I tried Amazon. The cost was extraordinary. It is perhaps explained by the fact that it appears it is no longer being manufactured. The other rerason for the two-star rating was that duty had to be paid before delivery - this seems odd when the product is unique and not available in the UK.

In the days before Prevacid and Nexium, this came out. It put out the fire for my hubby who suffered from GERD and reflux issues like his father and his brothers.... We still keep these on hand for the time the urps get to be too much despite the prescription medication. It lasts longer than chewing a tablet or taking a spoonful of liquid... delivering the antacid more slowly to soothe the esophogus from burped up acid. If this is what you need, these are great.

This product saved my life many years ago during months of heartburn, and more than one pregnancy. Glad I could find it again.

I called the manufacturer and this product has been discontinued. I wonder why when it really works for heartburn. I remember older relatives, now deceased, who used this. Wish they would bring it back.
