I love the smell. But, unfortunately I couldn't tell you if it was good or bad cuz I NEVER received it

Price was decent but never received the product. So disappointed and can’t believe that Amazon would allow a third party company to tarnish their name like this.

Never got it But I’ve used this product before and it usually works just fine. The problem is Amazon sent the wrong tracking number and that thing never showed up.

The detergent smells fantastic and works well. It's the not receiving the detergent from the seller, after paying for it, that doesn't work so well!

Ok so I ordered 2 jugs, they came separately. One was in a bag inside the shipping box and the other just in the box. The one in the bag mysteriously had a cracked jug that leaked everywhere. If they both shipped the same way I'd assume it broke during shipping but it appears it was placed in a bag because it was leaking. At any rate I only lost about 6 cups and put the rest in old containers. The soap itself is fine.

This doesn't smell like gain at all no fresh laundry Aroma this smells like melted cocoa butter it sucks never again will I buy this on Amazon oh man.

I have not received my order but I know from previous use it does smell good. Update may 18th, was finally able to request a refund through Amazon tonight after several emails sent and not responded to via the seller sparklewac I'll stick to buying my detergent from Walmart or the grocery store.

Overall, the gain product is good and I have no complaints HOWEVER the 1 star is for the seller. The seller never shipped the product. Never provided a tracking number and indicated that it was lost in the mail.Beware of this seller!!
