Has anyone received the middle metal bar that acts as stabiliser between both uprights - clearly shown in pictures?

I did not receive the middle bar which is why the product is wobbly.

Is it possible to adjust the height of the dishes?

No they aren't adjustable but we found that they were just right as they were :)

Does this come with the white serving platters? A review recently mentioned it didn’t. Many thanks.

It comes with three platters which you could use independently on its own as a beautiful serving dish.
