Can these be converted to in-line?

No, they are strictly roller skates.

The bearing and screw fell off on one wheel. Am I able to buy a replacement for these parts?

We’ve used in both surfaces .... keep in mind both surfaces were flat. If you are wanting to keep the wheels in good condition - I’d recommend inside or skating rink ... otherwise they will scratch up from being outdoors.

Girls Skates

The media could not be loaded. I got these for my daughter’s 9th birthday and they fit perfectly! I love that the size is adjustable so they can grow with her. The ankle support is great and both straps adjust (the hard plastic ones and the fabric ones) they also tie. They are the exact look she was hoping for and a bonus that they light up! They are really cute. We have had them for a year at this point and they are still going strong with consistent skating. These are the perfect gift.
