I bought it through Connected247 as seller and I can confirm I got brand new sealed S10 5G box. So people who were confused should buy from this seller as it's a brand new sealed mobile.- Battery backup is good- It's one of the best series in S10 series- Camera is awesome- Screen quality is too good.Technology specification is same as you see in the samsung website. Great phone. Bigger than my S8 but faster and very sleek

I purchased this phone as a replacement for my S8+ and the difference is vast.I am achieving twice the battery life, screen is so much better, brighter and clearer, and the extra cameras makes comparison almost impossible.Don't get me wrong the S8+ was excellent so this S 10+ 5G goes so much further, I suppose that's progress. They have tried to make setting up easier with the Samsung Smart Things switching App but it is still very poor comparted top Apple offering. I've lost contacts in the process which |I will need to re-set up and all the Apps need their passwords re-entering, sop come on Samsung you need to up your game in this area, hence my 4 star rating. Also my assigned ring tones have not been carried across, so more work.Apart from this complaint I am extremely happy with my phone.

I was confused about the model, but I got the model Samsung S10 5G. It was noted that the box was opened to change the European charger with the UK charger. Although It is produced for a European country, which is not the UK, my UK sim card properly works with the device.The battery life of the device is one day only for all-day use. I expected better battery life, but the performance of the device is outstanding. The camera performance is also excellent.To sum up, I really appreciate buying the Samsung S10 5G for 699£.

sent phone back because did not think it was new phone. there was a mark on screen protector that should not of been there a mark on the back cover the box did not look rite. then amazon send me a not nice email about sending items back not in same condition well i sent it back in same condition as i got it besides a scratched screen protector . i spend alot of money at amazon mite spend else were from now

Got week before, Black Friday for £499, what a bargain. Came in sealed original box, unopened.Can't find any faults with phone and is a 'which' best buy, only 1 point off the top which are S20's

Battery life a bit on the disappointing side, fingerprint scanner a bit laggy and the one I had suffered with a poor quality screen that the seller argued was normal. Returned for a refund, but seller tried not to refund.
