Honeywell 1300G-2 Hyperion 1300g Linear Imaging Scanner for 1D Barcode, RS232/USB/KBW/IBM, Black

Nice well balanced barcode scanner. I bought this particular model because it is the same one used un the store. We use it to scan inventory into Excel spreadsheets before uploading into our store inventory. We now have a backup scanner. It was so easy to program that I had it done without realizing it.

We have several of these in our retail store. We have to order one every year or so to keep replacing in the rotation of these due to weak scanning. We are assuming the bulbs in these weaken enough over time that they just give out. Other than having to replace the unit every couple of years, these work great

This scanner was purchased to add another workstation to my business. The first one that was ordered made odd noises instead of the normal startup tones, the scanner led would not light up when the trigger was pulled and the pc gave an unrecognized device error. The company sent a replacement very quickly but unfortunately the replacement appears to be in a completely failed state. When the second one was plugged into the pc, windows said the device was unrecognized and the scanner made no noise and again did not light up when the trigger was pulled. These Hyperion 1300g were tested on existing pc's that have the same model scanners used on them every day so it is not a pc problem. Both units were junk.

Product description does not indicate that it does not come with a cord. I had to receive the order, open the box, then find out I had to order a cord separately.

Purchased as replacements to other Honeywell 1300G-2 for simple 1D scanning. I'm sure the scanner would have worked properly, however the USB cords shipped with the scanners did not fit. Returned for refund and will look for others.

lo unico malo fue que no vino con el manual pero no importa , pero a comparación de otros comentarios si trajo el cable . muchos decianque venia sin cable pero si vino

Viene sin cable. Tenía otro lector honeywell láser y no es compatible el cable OjO. Cambié porque este modelo usa lectura por CCD (como una cámara) no por láser, que me daba problemas con lecturas debajo de un plástico transparente.

This product appears to be in working order but is a used model and arrived with scratches in the plastic.

Cord did not Connect to handle Gun Twice this has happened

El lector es lo que es un lector de calidad por la marca, pero no me esperaba que viniese sin su cable, me ha tocado buscar un cable por separado, imagino que la culpa no sea del vendedor sino del fabricante por no incluirlo en el embalaje.
