Doesn’t do what it claims—will be returning
I have severe osteoarthritis in both knees. These advertise that they support the knees and reduce the stress on the joint. I put them on and with every step they slid down. Wouldn’t stay up no matter how tight I cinched. My wife tried them and felt no difference in knee function. Will be returning!

Not practical, very cumbersome, doesn't serve the purpose.

The strap didn’t come with instructions how to used it!
The pad are coming out of position even when I tighten the strap.
