Great product

I love this pasta. It cooks in 3 to 4 minutes. Much thinner than Angel hair pasta. I use it as spaghetti. Good texture and taste.

Simple quick fix for noodle heads. Boil for 3 minutes strain add seasoning done. Delicious.

I liked the value of the price for this item. I used to be able to get it at my local grocery stores, but they stopped selling it. Glad to have found this site.I used it for a cold somen salad, but I am planning to use it in a hot noodle soup also.
