Does the pole stay rigid when extended out to 30’ or does it start to bow?

When any pole gets out to 30 feet it tends to bow so you leave the weight on the roof and slide it over and then push it back up the roof straight.

How do the vinyl slides hold up? ...and are the slide replacements readily available?

There are 2 UHMW (plastic) slide mounting strip bolted on the cutting frame holding the snow slide. On Snowpeeler.com you can buy several replacements parts including the slide. Next year on Amazon.com they will be available

What is the length of the slide on the premium model?

I am not sure what you mean by the “premium” model, but on the one I purchased (30’ model), the slide sheet is between 10-12’ long. 10 feet for sure, plus 1-2’ from the cutter head to the first pole.

How wide is the head?

Inside dimension of the head is 18 3/4' wide. It is 8 3/4" tall (vertical).
