I received this item for free on the Amazon Vine program in exchange for an impartial review with the hope they would be helpful to my wife.My wife has been watching her weight for about 6 weeks via a low-carb diet. Her primary hope was that these capsules would accelerate her weight loss, and secondarily, that they would help cleanse her digestive system. After 2 weeks of taking 3 capsules per day (as recommended) my wife really hasn’t seen any appreciable change in either of these two areas. To be fair she might have to give it more time but as far as any “magic pill”, these capsules don’t do the trick.

I’ve been mixing apple cider vinegar with water as a drink for years for it’s digestive and overall health benefits. However, this can cause issues for your teeth (especially if you don’t drink it through a straw) so I looked for a solution. These capsules give the same benefits as the drink and haven’t caused any issues for my teeth. Really easy and quick to swallow/take. 10/10 would recommend.

I've consumed ACV with the mother regularly for the last 10 years. When I first decided to start ACV, I suffered from chronic gallbladder attacks and read it could possibly alleviate pain and cramping. I use it mostly to combat indigestion now and phantom gallbladder attacks when I consume food I'm unable to process. But, drinking ACV isn't convenient. I've tried other ACV pills that didn't have the potency I wanted. I've read a lot of reviews and settled on these this time. The smell is potent as you open the bottle. I've consumed 3 pills so far with no trouble and no burping and it doesn't taste bad. I will continue to take these in hopes this is the ACV pill that will work for me.

I bought these for weight loss. Did not work for me, but that doesn't mean it won't work for someone else. However, I have acid reflux and it made it slightly worse. Had to stop taking them
