These items are great for shoes that are a little big. I have a few pairs of shoes that I love and did not want to get rid of them and I finally found what works for me. They are easy to insert and most comfortable to walk in. Thank you.

Overall okay product I would say its just a temporary insert I felt like I had to change them out quicker because of how much I used the in my work shoes.

5/5 for this one!! Such a lifesaver! I bought two pairs of flats that were half a size too big and were giving me the worst blisters. These heel inserts were my last resort before I bought a new pair and I’m SO GLAD I tried them! My shoes feel much more snuggly now, and I used the inserts that have the heel padding for my flats that are a bit thinner. Highly recommend!

I was hoping these would help me with tall (engineer) boots that are 1/2 size too big. Unfortunately, when putting on the boots, my heel catches on these as my foot slides into the boot and pushes the inserts out of position. These might be great for low shoes but, they do not work for taller boots.

These would not stay up in my shoes and ended up a blob of squishiness near my heal. Back to the drawing board to make those Doc Martins Comfy. The gel feels nice I wish they had worked

Do you have those pair of cute but extremely uncomfortable heels that rub the back of your heel? This is the best purchase to prevent rubbing. It comes with a pack of three in different variations. Definity a good buy.

I’ve bought the other versions for arch and metatarsal support from this company and they’re great, don’t slip and are comfy. These…the adhesion isn’t great. Had to hold it down just to get it to kinda work. Did some DIY with fabric glue to permanently put them on. Comfort wise they’re fantastic and help with heels that ended up too big
