Works great...but beware
The form fit and function are great. Just like the original. It is probably OEM. Follow the Youtube instructions and you should be OK. BUT, be careful when you take the old band off. If you are not careful, there are some tiny pins that will drop out of the hinges and you will have big trouble. There are two pins in each hinge and they are not held in place by anything other than the band (that you just removed!). There is a youtube video for that if it happens, but it requires a level of sophistication a bit higher than replacing the band. It would be nice if they included instructions in the box, but as I have mentioned, there is Youtube.

New band would not seat into OEM Hinge Bodies.
Not sure if I received a fluke, but not only would the headband ends not slide into the hinge assembly (only went about 60% in), but when you looked at them closely, the alignment was way off for the angled bodies/screw alignment. I have the Solo 3's, verified by S/N, and ordered the Solo 3 Repair kit. The headband I got was terrible. Also, the video instructions provided were for the studio model, not the solo. Different construction and process altogether.Be careful disassembling your OEM unit and find a better video, or you may ned up breaking the reusable parts needed to reassemble.

I love it. Perfect!
I let my brother hold my headphones and he layed on them and broke it. So I was using tape. Then the leather ear parts started peeling so I just took it off and put some cheap ear muffs on it. This new head peice is perfect everything works like a charm.

Not working with my Solo 3
I’m not sure if ai was sent a messed up replacement part, however this headband is not a compatible replacement for my Solo 3 headphones.It states it in the description but here I am still with unusable headphones do to the headband not fitting properly.

Be careful..
It is very easy to install Videos are all on YouTube.. BUT... if you are not CAREFUL you’ll tear up other pieces like the rubber that is attached to headband, the hinge pins MAY fallout (they are super tiny) and Even the hinge it’s self. (All my errors)

Replacement doesn’t fit
This replacement band does not fit on my Solo 3 Wireless headphones. It would not fit in the hinges and when I looked closer, the ends and underside are different. The headband with the white underside is the replacement I purchased and the other one is the original from my Beats

Quality Part - Comes with Tool, Spare screws
Quality part. Item came with small screw driver and replacement spare screws. I didn’t need the screws nor the tool since I repair Apple computers for a living but I imagine most people would really find this addition to be super helpful. Easy to replace, just need to be careful to take your time and not damage cording. Internet tutorials are your friend.

Looks great like original
We replaced our sons headband part of the solo beats 3- and it worked great and looks identAl to original. His was the satin gold color. We watched a YouTube video as well to make sure we did it right. We had to use the tiny screws that came with package the original screws wouldn’t screw into the band. So far so good but will update if changesTook us about 20-30 minutes to replace

I broke my headphone band and needed a replacement.
I bought this product to be able to replace the headband on headphones. It is very good for the price and very easy to install. I liked it so much that I recommended it to a friend that had the same problem as me. I also replaced his broken piece as well. I would really recommend this product for people who need it.

Fits my beats solo2
Shipping was fast and screwdriver was included in package but did not come with spare screws. Did not need them but for the price they should have been included. The headband itself fit fine so I was able to replace the broken one, it also feels like the same quality of original. Removed a star because screws were not included and is pricey for what it is, but still worked in a pinch

Great product!
I was so upset when the headband on my beats snapped, I thought they were unless now. So happy to find this product! The installation is a bit tricky but I managed! They work perfectly!
