White Lily of The Valley 15 Pips - Convallaria - Great for Shade!

Extremely Pleased! I was concerned after reading some of the reviews so I paid the extra $2 for expedited shipping. When they arrived, I separated the pips and wet the newspaper and wrapping they came in. Then I put them in a Ziplock bag and left them on my counter for a week before planting. This picture shows them after 2 weeks growth. All of the pips sprouted. I’m not much of a gardener, so I will be happy to use this seller again.

Even after following the instructions, making sure they were in the ideal spot and watered properly they didn't even grow and bloom. I think they were doa.

I received these in 2 tightly tied bundles, dry as a bone, in a small brown paper bag, no peat, no paper, no moisture. I followed the instructions for planting to the letter – OH! that’s right - there were no instruction (thankful for the internet) just an invoice that said “order filled by” left blank and “order verified and packed by” also left blank. That part I believe! I guess you should not order from Hirt’s Gardens unless you already know everything about planting and have a green thumb powerful enough to raise dead plants. 1 star for filling the order and 1 star for quick shipping.I realize this was a small order (thank goodness) but that is what I do to test a grower that is new to me. Larger orders come after I am sure they are responsible about shipping properly prepared plants. I will not be ordering from this grower again!!

Bought 15 pips. They arrived quickly and were placed in a shaded area. Three of the 15 have sprouted. Not very good odds.

I recieved my pips within a couple days of ordering. I ordered 15 and was given 20 :D !! Every single one was strong and healthy with very well developed roots. I planted them in a trough 3 days ago and they have already sprouted bright green new growth and doubled in size (at least! Some tripled!) I highly recommend this company for any plant or seed purchases, definetly get your lily of the valleys here. Best purchase ever made on amazon!

They are all dead! Followed directions and I see no plants. I was very disappointed, will never order plants mail order again.

Arrived inside a paper bag with shriveled up plants inside. Unable to revive them. DOA.

It did not live long.
