Good Quality
ordered this to replace a worn out military issued one. Good quality, exact fit. should last a long time.

This was a lot better than I thought it would be.
I walk around a lot, so I carry this with me. At first I was worried because the D rings holding the strap to the canteen cover are made out of plastic, and look flimsy. But I've done nearly everything but have it holding me from some random tree branch off of a 100' cliff and its holding up fine. No problems from me. The Alice clips were a nice attachment even though I don't use them. I HAVE THEM IF I NEED THEM!!!

They dont make them like they use too
I am X-Army. The OD green USGI 2 Qt bladder canteen pictured was made in 1993 and has given me 25 years of service. The Rothco woodland camo cover I purchased is notably lesser quality. The D-rings and nylon webbing holding the D-rings are much thinner and one D-ring fell off the pouch up on opening the package "not a good sign but can be fixed". The position of the D-rings attached to the canteen pouch are sewn midway and not 2/3 up the side (see picture) which causes the canteen to flip upside down when carrying it using the shoulder strap even with water. I guess they never heard of gravity. The material that the rothco cover is made of and fuzzy lining is of good quality. The Alice webbing and clips look to be of good quality. Will this canteen cover hold up for for a week out in the woods using just the shoulder straps? I seriously doubt it due to the thin webbing and D-ring issues. Using the alice attachment's fixed the a back pack? Probably.

Works well
Does what it is designed to do and does it well. I recommend it. Real sturdy construction and good fit.

2 Quart Bladder Canteen
It is a nice product. It keeps my Canteen cool. It has a few pockets on it to hold small much needed items, like my chapstick! I can either use the strap to cross over my body, which I do when climbing some rocks, or attatch it to the outside of one of my bags, which I do when hiking normally. I even add it to my bag when riding my bike or doing other activities. It is great to hold my canteen and very well made!

Strap too short
The strap is too short to carry cross-body, and the d rings are too low on the bag, so that it turns upside down on its own.

Bladder Canteen Cover
I purchased this to go with the 2 qt canteen. It fits well and so far no issues at all.

Pretty good
The belt part of the bag needs about 10-15 inches more.
