After reading the first few pages of this book, I felt like asking the author, "what took you so long"? I had been struggling to start my home care business since 2009. I understand this book was published in Summer 2011. If I had this book back then in 2009, my business would have been fully up and running by now. Permit me to say that at this point in time, this book comes next to my Bible. I carry it around and read it over and over at every opportunity.The author broke everything into small steps. If you are starting out in home care, this book is a must have. After each chapter, you have tasks to complete before you move on to the next chapter. Completing the tasks moves you closer to your dream of owning your own home care business. The book comes with sample forms that you may need. Their website also has very useful resources.You need to get this book, and also get one for a friend.

This was an outstanding book if you are considering HomeHealth care. The author gives you, literally, a step-by-step guide on how to create a HHC agency. It ranges from interest, location, search the competition, setting up your agency, hiring, marketing, to obtaining and keeping clients. If you are considering opening an agency, you MUST buy this book.I am very pleased with this purchase.

I bought this book because I do have an interest and providing care for the elderly and of course starting my own business. I was a CNA in the past. I still want to get back into the field but as a owner of a business. However, I find myself drowned with fear of starting my own business. The book does solve a lot of those issues. However this is something I cannot get over so easily. Hopefully I get over this fear In stepping up and embracing my inner entrepreneur and of course starting my own business.
