this thing is awful. fried two amps with such loud crackle through the full frequency. tried multiple cables and every combination was just awful amount of noise. got this for an art installation and now past the return window. at least the speakers were okay. awful. i do not recommend it.

I bought one of these years ago for a high power sound system with two VERY EXPENSIVE JBL 2245H subwoofers. It sounded great! Then the pots got noisy, especially the Sub Channel... After being setup correctly the pots were not turned for several months and they became an intermittent open circuit. I went to use the system one time and the Sub channel was dead. Trouble shot all the way back to this crossover, turned the sub channels some and BAM! Then lots more banging through the big amp. Yeah, the big 18 cones were both pushed out of the basket and the surrounds were destroyed! I was so #%^*+= I ripped this out and threw it in the bin! I replaced it with a very expensive all digital crossover. That solved the intermittent potentiometer problem, but it sounds TERRIBLE. Well, years later, I’m buying another one, but I’m replacing ALL gain potentiometers with Bourns brand pots. $100’s in damage caused by a $1 part... This will be awesome after I make this mod. It’s a simple PC board. If you can solder, you may consider making this mod, too.

I use it to bi-amp my home stereo. Works great. I have a lot of audio experience so I was able to set it up in minutes.

Product got here on time. This looked like it was either an 'open box' or even used. It works fine, but I'd like to know if what I think is brand new, is in fact second hand. Goodbye to this seller!

It performs the job effectively.

Dead out of the box. Static on both units I purchased. Look elsewhere.
