Great Gaming Headset
Your browser does not support HTML5 video. Bought for my son who games seriously and who’s headset just died. Alec games nightly and is on live gaming teams where conversations are part of the experience. Alec said he thought the headset did a good job at noise cancelling but he has had better, but they were more expensive. He really liked the sound quality, it was good for game immersion. He stated he liked the cushioning and when you play for hours at a time comfort is important. The mic picked up his voice even when talking low and others could hear him clearly without static or other noise interference. The headset stayed connected throughout and set up was fast and easy. Alec said it seemed well made and he expects it to last a while but that’s an unknown factor now. He also liked the look of the headset; red,s his favorite color so he’s biased.overall he really likes this headset

If you are unable to hear sound read this
Bought this for my PC gaming rig and almost returned it as soon as I got it. There was no sound at all. I have been in IT for twenty years and I really liked the fit so I tried every version of unplugging it and plugging it back in. I even tried it on another computer and still no sound. Tried uninstalling the driver on both computers no sound. Got ready to put it back in the box and send it back. But I tried one more time and it just started working. So I kept it and it sounded pretty good in games and streaming. Not all that happy about the weird adapter thing in the middle of the cord but the fake software surround sound wasn't bad so I just kept using it.About half an hour ago I went out to smoke and when I came back the sound was really low and only in one ear. Did the plug and unplug thing and it came back in both ears but still super low and cranking the sound in windows to max did nothing. So I took them off to hang them while I grabbed my laptop and all of the sudden no sound on both computers. I can tell you the thing I hate the most when I just want to watch tv before bed is troubleshooting my own tech. I am off the clock I just want to zone out. There is a small dial on the back of the left earmuff that controls volume. And rolling it down turns the volume up. So when you lift the headset off your head your thumb is likely to push the dial up. But because it is black on black and there is that whole brightly lit LED control thing in the middle of the line I totatlly didn't even think there would be a hardware volume control switch. When I saw it I went "well that is kinda dumb" then turned it to max and everything is fine

Its cheap!Comfortable with a variety of connections.
Why so many 5 star reviews? They pay you $20!!Questionable quality, wont last, but its cost is so dang cheap. Especially after leaving a 5 star review and receiving a $20 amazon gift card from Vankyo. After that I revised my review, jokes on you Vankyo! The headset is light weight, self adjusting size, and comfortable. My ears are sensitive to pressure and the headset has not caused any discomfort for up to about an hour of use.The audio is ok, nothing spectacular due to lack of bass. The headset, unlike many others, comes with all connectors needed. Connecting to the pc with usb is as easy as plugging in and the pc immediately finding drivers.Cons- mostly metal construction. The metal allows sound to travel loudly from any touching or bumping of headset. Think ringing-Sound quality is a 3 out of 5. Its not bad, sound is just acceptable.-Company pays you $20 for 5 star review. That's why it has so many 5 star reviews certainly isn't due to quality.Remember, this is a low- buget headet that excels at connectivity, usb, headphone/mic splitter , and comfort. Otherwise it masters nothing.

Great for remote office call center work
I use this headset for my home office, which is a call-center type setup using a softphone (VoIP) installed on my computer for work. I've been using it for about 3 weeks now. The headset is a convenient plug and play, so no app installation needed for it to start working. I use the USB rather than the audio jack connection to my computer (required for my work's VoIP app), and it works very well, but I'm sure either will work well for what you need. I take calls constantly, and I work full time. I got this headset for sound quality, noise cancellation, and above all: sturdiness. I had broken 2 other headsets not made by this company, as the head frame was plastic. They busted after falling off my desk onto the floor too many times. This frame is aluminum and flexible and very sturdy. Even when it falls off my desktop occasionally, I have confidence the head band/frame will not break. Really, I should get a headset holder to prevent this, but my desk space is limited. Anyway, despite its sturdiness, the part that sits on your head just below the aluminum frame is very comfortable.Clients tell me they can't hear my two year old running and screaming in the background with a caregiver. I do have my office doors shut, but they are not noise tight, and my son can easily be heard through the doors. But the clients cannot hear him. Clients also tell me I sound great when I ask them, and I have yet to receive a compliant. And the sound quality coming in is excellent, too. I love the easy mute feature on the hand control piece in case I need to cough or sneeze or tell my family to hush.I'm not a gamer, but wanted to provide a great review for other purposes, in case someone was considering. All in all, great purchase.

Great performance
Comfortable Headset with Great sound quality. I have been using them for pc gaming and video chatting and I am pleased with their performance. Noise canceling is ok, it doesn’t block all sound but they really are a good value for their price.

well made, great self adjusting design, all works great with inline mute control
Your browser does not support HTML5 video. works great with my Xbox one.I didnt need to use any of the additional cables and with the aux cable the sun is also not needed.I found that when I plugged this in and started using them I couldn't get the mic to work then I found there is a button on the side of the headphones that can mute your Mic. It's a great idea when playing solo but worth remembering.the volume is average very good for gaming, not much bass but obviously not needed.the headphones are nice and comfortable to wear and I love the reign that it self adjusts to whoever is wearing them. brilliant idea I have to say, as I have never seen this before.the other cables I have. it tested but everything else works fine and the cable itself is well insulated and well made.

I love the red glow and the sound is awesome too.
I bought these as an upgrade for my previous headset. I'm so glad I did as these are brilliant. They work on my laptop and Xbox. The headset plugs directly into my Xbox controller. The headset has a 3.5mm and a USB connection. When I plug the USB connection into my laptop or Xbox it gives the headset power. It glows a warm shade of red on the earpieces. The earpieces are really comfortable to wear and cut out the background noise. There's an adaptor in the box which takes the sound to the next level. When used it turns the sound into 7.1 surround sound. The sound is very good through the headset anyway but this just makes it so much better. There's a controller on this adaptor to turn the 7.1 sound off and also change the volume and turn the red light off. There's plenty of cable and it's wrapped in a nylon type material to make it stronger. It's an awesome headset. Definitely recommended.

Excellent value for the price and decent sound quality
These were purchase for our 11 year old daughter, who like a lot of kids is a big Fortnite fan. She already had a decent pair of wireless headphones for the PS4, the Sony Gold ones, which were never quite as good as they should be (no external mic protruding on them, just built in to the earpieces, so chat was never as clear as it could be, plus the wireless aspect was more of a hindrance than a help as it was just one more thing to keep charged and would always seem to die in the middle of a game). After nearly 2 years of her complaining about the Sony headset (which wasn't exactly cheap in the first place) I agreed that we would test a wired headset, and went for this one. Already after only a couple of days it's been infinitely better than the Sony, which cost me nearly 3 times the price! The mic is far clearer than the Sony ever was, and the fact it's wired is no problem - as I mentioned before it just means we don't have to think about charging it at night. My daughter is over the moon with these, and the old Sony ones will now be going up for sale on ebay! Sometimes wireless isn't necessarily best,

Great quality at this price
These are pretty comfy and are very good for prolonged usage. The earphones feel comfy and secure, the head band has a stretchy strap and doesn't feel uncomfortable at all after an hour of gaming. Like all headphones, it does get a little hot but nothing more than expected. It's plug and play with a PC and works great with an Xbox controller too. With a PC you can connect directly to a USB port and get 7.1 sound out. The USB remote enables you to turn the light on or off, change volume and enable 7.1.Sound quality is very good. I did have an initial problem with crackling and noise which was actually interference from one of my other devices. Unplugging that resolved the issue for me.The seal is very good around the ears and does block external sounds very well.Overall, for the price, I definitely recommend this.

My twin 16 year old gaming sons love them.
I bought these for my kids, as one of the guys who works for me used them all the time on Zoom/Teams calls and said they were the most comfortable earphones he had ever used, and being on the receiving end of his videoconferences the audio was always clear and natural with no microphone boom. My twin boys, both keen teenage gamers, and huge critics of everything absolutely love them for both gaming and interactive school on-line sessions. I bought a pair for myself and concur that the design of the head strap takes all of the pressure off of the strap which is actually touching your head. I wouldn't wear them on the train, but for straight working days, spent on videoconferences for months now I think they are superb value for money. I have £200 +Sennheiser PXC550 which are better for travelling, but I'd wear these VANKYO's over the Sennheiser for day to day work every time, because being comfortable is the most important criteria. What's the point of brilliant sounding headphones if you can't wear them for more than 45 minutes? Well done to the designers.
