Good quality and cute!
I now own 3 of these in different colors. Being a 'small purse' person I still need to be able to carry everything I need. Each pocket has it's purpose. Phone and pen in one. Package of Wet Ones and a pair of readers or lip gloss in the next. Coin purse, wired earbuds and packet of drink mix in the the third. In the last space any cards I'm carrying.The zipper and pulls are really easy to use and have held up well.The strap is adjustable and wide enough to be comfortable.I've not used the hole meant for earbuds nor the arm strap so can't speak to those.I've had no issues with workmanship.No negatives so far.

EXCELLENT VALUE!
I carry two cell phones for work, which is route work, in and out of the car, in and out of multiple daily appointments, often 12 to 14 hours per shift. Who wants a cell phone bulging out of both hip pants pockets, and the juggling of keys, clipboard, paperwork, and 2 phones was a pain! With this case, I carry both phones, a few pens, my keys, even cash and credit cards for a quick stop to eat or get gas! This has absolutely saved me countless headaches and I never have to worry about losing a single thing!And the price? Exceptional!

Great for a day at theme parks!
I recently bought this specifically for a 2-day trip to Disneyland as an alternative to the large utility purse I normally carry around. This was able to comfortably fit my iPhone 12 Pro, sunglasses, credit/id cards and tickets, and lip balm with a little room to spare. The 2 large pockets were wider than I expected. It was small and lightweight enough to never be a nuisance and I was easily able to take it on most rides at that park. I extended the strap out all the way to wear as a cross-body bag and the bag sat right at my hip, very comfortable. You could easily attach a carabiner keychain to the strap for extra carry room for keys or a small water bottle.
