Very perfect for what I need it for.. it fits perfect in my backpack with my laptop.it is very responsive and has not glitched once i am very happy with it. btw it has alot of functions every flagship controller has

Do not expect this to work with an AMD processor ...

Do not expect this to work with an AMD processor. It won't. If your computer has any AMD processor, even brand new ones, it probably will not work. AMD chipsets cannot stream audio through USB the way you will need for this to work. The capabilities of your processor won't matter, if you don't know (for sure) that your whole chipset can support this, then do not buy it.

The sound card in the Gemini SLATE controllers was far better than expected

Well I own the Gemini SLATE 4 CHANNEL, SLATE 2 and the Numark DJ2GO2. The sound card in the Gemini SLATE controllers was far better than expected. I even used the SLATE 2 for a elementary school event, no issues now because its usb powered the volume was the only problem audio drop out in the red. I used The Slate 4 to prep set and set recordings. I also use the Nu-mark DJ2GO2 of the 3 it has the better sound card.The Slate 4 is a close second. Also the price was riiight. it gets the job done. well .If the DJ2GO2 Had actual platter responsiveness and 4 deck settings it would wipe the floor with both slates. Now the things I did not like....both SLATE controllers platters garbage! they barely turn, forget backspin! very basic scratches if any. Now if you like prep sets on the go ..Hell its the smallest an cheapest 4 channel Serato DJ Pro controller on the market period. I purchased this for prep work for set recordings, bar b ques an small events ( caring my DDJ SZ or my NS7iii all the time is just ridiculous )...so far Wow! got my moneys worth 3 events down 4 to go wish me luck! Great size for carrying in backpack and can work well with Traktor.

I created a mapping for it for Traktor and it works great. I love that it's so slim that I can put it in the computer compartment of my backpack along with my MacBook. I like that it has dedicated filter knobs.
